This toleration is what became a huge distraction. My one complaint is that they make it very clear to patrons not to photograph or record during the show, and then it’s tolerated. At the end of the day, these are things I can handle. The seats are small and tight and the staff really wasn’t pleasant, with the exception of the man in the ticket booth when I went in early afternoon to pick up our tickets. As for the theatre itself, yes, it’s older and a bit on the scruffy side. I cannot say enough good things about the show itself. The actors were amazing, their voices breathtaking. We went to see The Phantom of the Opera and it was truly spectacular. This part was disappointing for sure however the show was fantastic I would strongly recommend going for the show itself. We were then advised to queue single file (by a lady who reminded me of a very cross school master) and make our way back up the stairs and queue again outside the various doors.

The girl serving the drinks was so unfriendly and totally had no interest in her job/role. I heard someone asking for water it was $5. We purchased two diet coke that came in plastic Phantom of the Opera Cups which cost $20 now that to me is just ridiculous. Promptly at 7.15 yes we were ushered downstairs to a hall/foyer. Outside you are told that you will be allowed to enter the theatre at 7.15 and you would then proceed downstairs to the waiting area where you could purchase drinks and snacks and use the washrooms. We were 3 rows from the stage on the left hand side fab seat for $155 per ticket however seats were lets say a little cramp which surprised us. We didn't but came back in plenty of time later in the evening and got our tickets. Called into the theatre on the Saturday afternoon to pick up tickets but were told come back in 15 minutes they are just being printed. Recently visited NYC and had pre booked our tickets for the Phantom of the Opera on a Saturday night.
